These Terms of Use ("Terms") set out the rules for using the website at plye.io (the "Site"), which is operated by Plye ("Plye", "we", "us", "our"). Please read them before using the Site. By browsing the Site or joining our launch list, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Site.

1. About the Site

The Site is a pre-launch page for Plye — an AI padel match-replay product for clubs and players. For now its purpose is simple: to tell you what we are building and to let you leave your email if you want to hear when we go live. The product itself is not yet available to buy or use through the Site, and nothing here is an offer to sell it.

2. Joining the launch list

If you enter your email address, you are asking us to contact you about our launch and related updates, and you confirm that the address is yours or that you are allowed to use it. You can leave the list at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by writing to us. How we handle your details is explained in our Privacy Policy.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Site lawfully and reasonably. In particular, you agree not to:

• interfere with, disrupt, or place an unreasonable load on the Site or its infrastructure;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems;
• use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Site without our permission;
• submit anyone else's personal data without their consent, or enter false or misleading details;
• distribute malware, spam, or unlawful content, or use the Site for any illegal purpose.

4. Intellectual property

The Site and everything on it — including the Plye name, logo, text, design, layout, and graphics — belongs to Plye or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes, but you may not copy, modify, republish, or reuse any part of it for other purposes without our prior written permission. Our name and branding may not be used without our consent.

5. Third-party links

The Site may link to other websites or services that we do not control. We provide those links for convenience only. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site, and a link does not mean we endorse it.

6. No warranty

We provide the Site "as is" and "as available". We try to keep the information on it accurate and up to date, but this is a pre-launch page: product details, features, timing, and availability are indicative and may change or be withdrawn without notice. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties or guarantees of any kind, express or implied, including that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Plye will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or opportunity, arising out of or connected with your use of — or inability to use — the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law that applies to you.

8. Changes to the Site and these Terms

The Site is evolving, and we may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time. We may also update these Terms as the product develops. When we do, we will post the revised version here and update the date above. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the place where Plye is established, and any dispute will be handled by the courts that have jurisdiction there. Nothing in this clause takes away any protection you are entitled to under the mandatory consumer laws of your own country of residence.
